This design can be worked out for an average good looking saree . Design may look simple , but the right saree color selection  will  make this design look wonderful.

Design material selection will be based on customers choice of  spending.
In local markets , we can easily find gold color coated  plastic   beads and brass beads which may cost less and design making  cost drastically decreases. The design may not last 1-2 wash, beads will lose color.

Antique beads and gold, silver  metal beads may last a little more days  with out losing color and with maintenance, but these beads are not available cheaply and easily  in market. The beads will cost a little bit extra , which in turn increase the price of the design. 

whatever the price we  specify here are for making designs with gold and silver color plastic beads  .

The price for the design is suggested on the calculation of placing a 280 strands silk thread tassel for every inch across 50 inch saree border.


 The  design  needs two colors silk thread spools, a simple needle , silver zari thread and two sizes of silver color beads.

Silver beads of diameter 4mm
 These beads are sold as bunch of 10 lines, each line of length 15cm, design needs a bunch , spending around INR 80 - 100.

Design needs a working time of 2hrs. work charges will cost around 200 to 300 rupees for two hours in urban areas . complete cost of design with plastic beads bought in less price will be around 370  to 430 rupees .

Final price of the design depends on our ability of workmanship for beautiful finishing.

The design is finished with a single color silk thread and 1mm size matte pearl beads .  Design requires  single spool of silk thread .The size of the silk thread tassel must be of 250- 300 strands .The less number of strands makes tassel looks thin.  Matte pearl beads  are sold as bunch of 10 lines ,each line  is of length 10cm -15 cm.
